The online Feldenkrais class this week was about paying close attention to different parts of our face: mouth, jaw, and head cavity.

With this Feldenkrais lesson you can relieve tension in your mouth and jaw; increase your ability to sense your breath moving between your nostrils and your mouth; you will become aware of the distance between your eyes and the joints of your jaw; you will be able to visualize the shape of your mouth cavity.
