Connect with your Body
I work with people who want to feel better, stronger, more alive, and more aware of themselves and the world around them. What could be better! And because of my training in psychology, sensori-motor awareness, voice work and focusing, I can adapt my work to the specific needs and preferences of my clients. This is a wonderfully interesting and enriching experience for both myself and my clients.
Generally, my clients are individuals who want to improve their sports performance, or performing artists who what to explore their body and voice, or professionals who want to organize their thinking, prioritize their goals and manage their stress, or people who simply want to feel in greater harmony with who they are inside and the way they connect to themselves and to other people.
Everybody has their own specific needs, goals and preferences. You probably already have a good idea where you want to go, but perhaps you don’t know clearly how to get there. I’m here to help. I aim to give you practical tools that will help you to feel more efficient, more at ease, and to give you a sense of self-confidence and self-esteem. Little by little, you come to own the tools we develop and explore together.
Attend to & Ground Yourself
Our body is the way we express ourselves, our energy, and our life force. Our body is the expression of the movement of our life, of our desire to be active, of our joy. With our body we sense the world around us, we connect to other people, and we express who we are.
Breath & Expression
For me the voice is about freedom, joy and playfulness. Its primitive, fundamental, visceral and life enhancing/affirming.
I work with individuals and groups to explore the inner and outer voice, to harness the voice to achieve your specific objectives, and to help clients to feel stronger, more alive and more connected.
Sense and Self-regulate your Feelings
Focusing is about curiosity. Focusing is coming back to your essentials, to body sensations, exploring the relationship between your body, mind and emotions. Giving you the possibility to better understand your motivations, strengths and weaknesses and to articulate this clearly to yourself and others, to establish what really matters most to you and how best to achieve that.
